Suspended LED Profile S-LINE 39 Up&Down IP44 | Bidirectional Light

S-LINE 39 UP&DOWN is a linear LED profile for suspended installation, designed for interiors where both direct and indirect lighting are required. The bidirectional light distribution directs light downwards towards the working area and upwards towards the ceiling, creating a softer, more balanced and visually comfortable atmosphere.

Purpose

S-LINE 39 UP&DOWN is designed for suspended linear LED lighting with direct and indirect light. The profile is suitable for spaces where the lighting needs to be not only functional but also an integral part of the architectural character of the interior. The downward light provides effective illumination for work surfaces, tables and circulation areas, while the upward light softens contrasts and visually opens up the space.

The powder-coated aluminium body provides stability, efficient heat dissipation and a long service life for the LED components. Dimming options via DALI, 0-10V or TRIAC allow precise control of the light intensity for different scenarios, including working environments, presentations, evening ambience or decorative lighting accents.

Applications

S-LINE 39 UP&DOWN is suitable for offices, conference rooms, workspaces, hotel foyers, restaurants, galleries, showrooms, retail spaces and modern residential interiors. It is particularly suitable for rooms with higher ceilings, where the indirect light directed towards the ceiling creates a greater sense of spaciousness and a softer visual transition.

The bidirectional lighting makes it an excellent solution for areas where functionality and atmosphere need to be combined. Above work tables and desks, it provides sufficient direct light, while in representative spaces it adds an elegant architectural effect. The clean linear body integrates naturally into minimalist, office and luxury interior concepts.

Customer reviews

We installed S-LINE 39 UP&DOWN in a conference room and the light is very pleasant. The downward light illuminates the table well, while the upward light makes the room feel softer and calmer.

We used it in an office with high ceilings and the effect is much better than with a standard linear luminaire. The upward light adds depth and makes the space feel more open.

It is suitable for modern interiors where the lighting needs to be both functional and visually attractive. The dimming options make it easy to adjust the light according to the situation.
